Stress is one of the most dangerous conditions for people of all ages,
and we should not allow stress to grow in us since it can destroy our beautiful lives. We all may be able to handle a little stress, but as time goes by, continued stress can take a serious toll on both our physical and mental health. So, we should examine what may be causing our stress, and by following the advice of experts, we should work patiently and wisely to diminish its impact on our lives. When we are striving to achieve things, one way we can reduce stress is to avoid setting unrealistically high expectations. However, this doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t aspire to live our lives according to high ideals and do our best to live up to them.
