Emotions can be very difficult to handle,

and their ill effects are capable of destroying our lives. Destructive emotions make individuals unpredictable and can eventually lead to the seemingly inescapable trap of depression.
We should always make effort to avoid giving any space to destructive emotions to begin with. These efforts should be supported by the continual application of mindfulness and awareness. And if we ever notice the presence of destructive emotions, we should immediately apply an appropriate antidote to prevent it from taking root.
While this may sound easy, it requires a lot of effort to implement since the habitual  patterns of emotions are so powerful, but if you persist in your efforts and don’t get discouraged, you can transform your mind through this practice for the benefit of yourself and others.
