H.E. 12th Zurmang Gharwang Rinpoche arrived in Nepal on 21/3/22 to perform the consecration ceremony at the site of Zurmang Kagyud Nepal Branch in Swoyambhu for a successful completion of the project.
Among the guests who received blessings from Rinpoche were our Society members, contractors and engineers of the project and their staffs.

We are delighted to announce that Zurmang has just established a new nunnery in Nepal. The land is directly next to the Holy Swayambhunath Stupa, and the construction just began in January 2022. This will be the main seat to educate nuns, and will gradually build a shedra, school, and retreat center for the nuns too in Nepal. We want to thank everyone for their support and contributions.
