Benchen Tengga Rinpoche paid a visit to Lingdum Monastery on 28th October, 2023.He visited Gharwang Rinpoche at Rinpoche's residence and the senior monks of Lingdum led by Lama Jigme made Mandala Offerings to him. Rejoice!

1st November 2023 Gharwang Rinpoche had a meeting with The Chief Minister, Shri Prem Singh Tamang (Golay) at his residence in Mintokgang. Had discussions on spirituality that can potentially touch the hearts of younger generation. Rinpoche also wished him success in working out a solution to the recent catastrophe in Sikkim especially in the badly affected areas Chungthang and Rangpo. Rinpoche thanked The Chief Minister sincerely for all the help given to the monastery.
