Feelings of loneliness can be challenging
for many people since the fear of being alone can be overwhelming and painful. If we do not handle loneliness wisely, it can lead to insecurity and eventually even the trap of depression. However, if we can deal with loneliness skillfully, it can teach us how to be strong in the face of difficult situations and in this way we can actually turn it to our benefit. We must accept that loneliness is a part of life that everyone must deal with at one point or another and view it as a precious opportunity to develop fortitude and practice focusing on what is positive in our lives.
