It is an unwise human instinct to commit a sin and then trying to run away from responsibilities instead of rightfully facing the deserved justice.
It is a simple truth: by avoiding such a sinful act will not guarantee anybody any freedom. Moreover, it is always wise to confess and commit not to indulge in regretful acts again rather than running away. Finding out how to end our mistakes in near the future is what one should do. Furthermore, as long as we share true sense of regret from our hearts, then there is always a way to make ourselves right and respectful in front of the Awakened ones!
