I personally feel that it is not wrong to love ourselves before we begin to extend our love to others.
I think such a method is practical and effective. If individuals do not care about themselves, then caring for others is simply a laughing matter. It is always very important to understand what is really meant by, “love oneself.” In my opinion, there is a proper manner of loving oneself, and it is not simply letting whatever desires, hatred, and delusions that arise to take charge of our lives. Loving acts come with a moral responsibility, which means not harming ourselves and others. Also, a loving act becomes the foundation for creating a harmonious environment for everyone. Therefore, love is not just about having love, but the manner of truly loving and caring without inflicting pain is what contributes to increase happiness. Boston.15/9/13
