Healthy friendships or relationships depend on many factors. We cannot simply rely only on one individual for it to blossom. In my opinion, mutual respect,
and mutual space for one other to pursue one's own interests are important. And also, both have be honest with each other rather than listening to gossip and engaging in frequent quarrels. These acts will not cement our relationship, but will only pull it apart. Therefore, it is normal for ordinary people like us not to act like an awakened one, but we must take steps to improve and enhance our friendships or relationships by following the path which will build a strong and solid foundation in order to grow this beautiful friendship or relationship.
Thinking positively and of meaningful things makes us wise and practical. However, without the tools of mindfulness and awareness, if we let our mind just wander, then it may bring us more harm and worries. In my opinion, we should not have... illogical or wild dreams because we cannot fulfill and realize those wishes which will lead us to sadness and stressfulness. Therefore, it is up to us to know how far we should or can go, and if we remain within the boundaries of our comfort zone, then our lives will be successful and purposeful.
There is nothing wrong with expressing our feelings in a positive way, because we are all ordinary human beings. Thus, at certain times, our pain may be overwhelming, and it may then be beneficial to relieve the burden of our pain. Actually, what is unhealthy is to let our pride and arrogance lead the way. In my opinion, sharing our pain with someone who cares for us is a way forward. Therefore, we should be open and honest with ourselves by removing what is not healthy within us, such as pain, worries, and anxiety.
