Initially, learning plays one of the most important roles in our ability to reach our goals, but eventually only right effort, determination, and following precious
advice will enable us to enjoy the fruit. Therefore, if laziness and arrogance come in to play, then failure waits just around the the corner. Thus, along our way, we must make sure that we are not easily deceived by these invisible enemies that bring us pain and a meaningless life
We cannot deny that whenever disturbing emotions arise, it is very difficult for all of us. Unfortunately, we may simply assume at such times that we have already lost the battle. However, when we start to think deep within, we may come to our senses and recognize that it is not those emotion which are strong; it is we who are giving them strength and a place to reside within us. For so many years, we have been fooled again and again, and now the time has come to say to all those negative emotions, “You are not welcome!”
