When we begin our lives in this constantly changing world, there is not a single moment in which we are able to remain unchanged.
We are part of an impermanent process, and this means that we are evolving in every moment of our lives. It is hard to believe that from the moment we are born, we already begin to change. If we look and remain the same as we were before, then logically and practically it would not make sense to us. In other words, we should not be upset when something unfortunate happens in anyone’s life, such as old age, sickness, death and rebirth. This is the plan that we have inherited when we started to embark on this life’s journey. If there is a word that we need to remember, then it is impermanence. As no one stands above impermanence.
