Worrying is just adding to our pain and prolonging the life of uncertainties because even if we were to worry, our problems are not going to go away.

By not worrying will not harm us in any way. Therefore, when we are in troubled situations, try to think inwardly and find what kind of solution lies within ourselves, in other words, search for the wisdom.
