One has to be careful with what we nurture deep inside our hearts

Sometimes, without knowing we may be feeding poisons such as anger,
jealousy and ignorance which bring us endless pain and uncertainties.
Therefore, we have to be extra careful not to let these poisons ruin our precious and
most beautiful lives by not giving them any place to live with us. Belguim.30/8/13
It is not easy to have a beautiful family because everyone has to put in
alot of effort to make sure that everybody is taken care of and their needs are
provided for. A good and harmonious family will bring security, love, respect and care
which are hard to come by. Therefore, if we stick together and make some
